Raven is a curatorial structure for authored tattooing. You come to choose an artist and the world they work in, and to be brought to them already prepared. The screening, the mediation, the schedule, the care that follows the work, all of it is ours to carry, so the artist is left only to craft his art, and you are left sure of where you stand.

It is deliberate. A tattoo is kept for a life, and the asking should carry the weight of the keeping. Every step exists to bring you closer to the right artist, and to bring that artist a client already understood. What looks like a lot is the time the work has always deserved and rarely been given.

We accept anyone who wants an authored piece and is open to how it's made. Screening is how an artist and a client are brought together at the point where they truly fit, so the work starts on solid ground and neither wastes the other's time. We hold it as a responsibility we owe to both.

It moves in four steps, each preparing the next. First a curatorial consultation, where an agent comes to understand your project. Then an alignment meeting, where you and the artist meet on common ground. Then the booking. Then the work, made over as many sessions as it asks for. Nothing is hurried, and nothing skips ahead.

The relationship runs through Raven, which guards the artist's time and attention so the making stays protected. By the time you meet, at the alignment, you come prepared, and the conversation is better for it. The artist gives you his focus where it matters most, inside the work.

As long as it takes to be made well. The curation and the artist's own pace set the rhythm, and we let the work decide when it is ready, keeping the clock out of the room. Speed is not a priority.

The price of the work belongs to the artist, and it is settled at the alignment meeting. Around it sits a small and deliberate economy. A €50 consultation to begin. A €100 alignment meeting, credited in full to your project. A 20% booking to hold the work. Then the sessions, paid as they happen.

The €50 is the curatorial consultation, an hour of real attention on your project before any artist is involved. The €100 is the alignment meeting with the artist, and it comes back to you in full, counted against the work you go on to make. Both buy understanding before anything is drawn.

You hold the work with a 20% booking, and pay each session as it happens. The cost arrives at the pace the work does, in step with what is actually made.

Bring whatever moves you, from anywhere, and it will help us understand how you see. What an artist makes from it is his own language, drawn for you and for your body. We don't work on-demand and we don't copy images.

We mean the work is made for your body and for the years it will live on it. Placement, scale, flow, the way it ages, all of it shapes the decision, the way the grain of a material shapes what a maker can do with it. Sometimes the truest version of an idea is a smaller one, or a later one.

The artist is the author, and gives you an honest reading of what your body and the idea can hold. Some decisions ask for a real conversation before they are made, and those are exactly the ones we slow down for. What we are always after is the version of your idea that survives.

You choose by language, by the way an artist sees and the world they build. Curation brings you toward the ones who answer to your idea, and if none of ours is the right hand, we say so plainly and point you somewhere worth going. The choice is always an artist first, and the image follows from them.

It can happen, because the artist chooses what they make. That same freedom is what will protect your work once it is yours. The decision is about the work, and we keep looking for the artist your idea is waiting for.

Every piece is documented, and a permanent certificate of authorship and provenance is coming, the record of who made the work and where it began. Your tattoo will carry a history that holds, kept well beyond the day it heals.

The documentation stays with the art, and your personal details stay apart from it. Publication is yours to grant, asked of you in advance, with the scope set by you. Your privacy is part of what we protect.

Over 18s only. We take clients from anywhere, and language and travel are settled within the process. Where you are is rarely the obstacle it seems.
