Cookie Policy

RAVEN, LDA · Cookie Policy · Last updated: 26 June 2026 · Version 1.0 (EN)

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a site. They help the site work, remember preferences, measure usage and, with your consent, communication/marketing. This policy also covers similar technologies (localStorage, pixels, SDKs).

2. Why we use cookies

  • Make the site and your account work (session, security).
  • Remember preferences (e.g. language, consent given).
  • Understand how the site is used, to improve it (only with consent).

3. Cookie categories

Strictly necessarySession, authentication, security, memory of the consent itselfNo (essential — Law 41/2004, Art. 5(2))

Non-essential cookies are only activated after you accept them in the banner. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not prevent use of the site (no cookie wall).

4. Cookie inventory

List of the site's actual cookies. (To be finalised with implementation.)

5. Legal basis and consent

  • Strictly necessary: do not depend on consent (indispensable to the service requested).
  • Non-essential (functional/analytics/marketing): only with your prior consent, given in the banner. You can withdraw or change consent at any time (§7).

6. The consent banner

On your first visit, we show a banner that lets you Accept all, Reject all (non-essential) or Customise by category. Non-essential cookies are only loaded after your choice. Your choice is remembered so we don't ask again on every visit.

8. Cookies and third-party services

Some cookies may be third-party (e.g. analytics, embedded content, social media), which process data under their own policies. Where applicable, we indicate international transfers in the Privacy Policy (§9).

Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent use of the site — it may only limit optional features or embedded content (which stays blocked until consent).

9. Updates

This policy may be updated (new cookies, new services). The version in force applies, identified by version and date.

10. More information

Processing of personal data: see the Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].
